Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a shipping number by email from us.
By clicking on the shipment number, you will be taken directly to DHL's shipment tracking service.
Here you can track your shipment in detail or find out, for example, which neighbour has accepted your parcel.
If you are not at home, you can adjust the delivery date or place using the desired parcel service. If you wait longer than one week for our package, please contact us.
